Q&A

Millions of employees sit through harassment prevention training annually, yet very few employers have any idea if their training is working.

Impactly is here to help your organization measure the efficacy of your current training and policies.

1.What is it?

In December, 2018, Impactly will launch the first research-based, standardized Workplace Climate Survey tool that enables employers to measure the efficacy of current harassment and discrimination prevention programs.

2.How does it work?

Impactly will offer a free, lightweight employee engagement platform and standardized Workplace Climate Survey Instrument (read: 25 research-based survey questions) to enable you to quickly measure the efficacy of your current harassment and discrimination prevention efforts.

3.How were the questions developed?

The 25 Workplace Climate Survey Questions were designed after the White House and AAU Campus Climate Surveys that were developed to measure the climate of hundreds of participating colleges and universities in 2013. The Impactly team, in conjunction with recognized prevention experts and attorneys, retooled the questions for the workplace.

4.What does Impactly do with the Workplace Climate Survey data?

Impactly benchmarks the anonymous survey data by industry, region and size in order to offer insights and best practices to help employers improve workplace safety and culture.

Who leads Impactly?

Impactly is led by Preston Clark, former President of EVERFI, the largest provider of Sexual Misconduct training in the world. Preston is also an attorney, and formerly Assistant General Counsel for the University of Miami.
