Founder of Impactly

Preston Clark founded Impactly in 2018 to help the Fortune 500 address harassment prevention both effectively and at scale.

Preston is a former Peace Corps volunteer and in-house attorney, who has been at the forefront of prevention and compliance education for over a decade.

In 2015, Preston elevated LawRoom.com into one of the largest, and most well-respected providers of sexual violence and harassment prevention training in the country. They powered prevention initiatives for hundreds of organizations including USF, Stanford, Airbnb, and Zuora.

In 2016, LawRoom.com was acquired by EdTech leader, EVERFI, and Preston became President/GM of its Corporate and Higher Ed divisions. Preston helped scale EVERFI into the world’s largest provider of online sexual misconduct prevention training.

Prior to entering tech, Preston served as Assistant General Counsel at the University of Miami under Donna Shalala and Aileen Ugalde.

Preston holds a J.D. from the University of Miami, where he was President of the Immigration Law Society, the Student Bar Association, and a member of UM’s Board of Trustees.
